I have created these smoke wands as different plants carry various properties and benefits, so if you hold a specific intention for your smudging ritual, you should select the wand that resonates with said intention. It is important to know that all plants are sacred, not just sage. If you are drawn to a specific smudge, trust that intuitive calling. There is an underlying reason and purpose. I have included crystals as the power of both the herbs and crystals are complimented and magnified when used together.

Smudging rituals are a beautiful technique to clear a space. When burned, smudge sticks give off a resinous smoke, which is said to burn up toxic energy and bring things back into balance. While frequently used to cleanse places, smudging can also be used to cleanse people and objects. Aside from an increased sense of calmness, the benefits also include increased well being, clarity, optimism and physical energy.
I can come and fully smudge your home, work space, or even to smudge your energy on the spot.
The herbs I use are all gathered, foraged, bought or grown here on the island, some on my own terrace. I want to be able to share the magic contained in herbs that have been used for centuries and beyond for the properties contained. I take time to research all the herbs and flowers and to pair them together in perfectly blended bundles for their purpose. A lot of time, twine and love goes into each and every one!

What is in a Smoke Wand?
Sage is considered one of the most prized and sacred herbs for protection and purification during smudging, it is used to cleanse, bless and heal and remove negativity while installing peace and tranquility.
Rosemary is great for promoting mental acuity and purification. It is known to be soothing and encourages a sense of peace within your environment . Rosemary also removes negative energy from places and spaces.
Bay leaf (or Laurel) has multiple uses from Protection, Healing and Calming to Success, victory and being an anxiety reducer and mood booster.
Palo Santo translates to “Holy wood” best when used for deep healing and clearing energy. Its benefits include relieving the symptoms of headaches, inflammation, emotional trauma, stress, colds and enabling your spiritual power.
Eucalyptus is for protection, health boosting as well as being energising for cleansings. It clears negative or stagnant energy, improves physical health and strengthens the immune system.
Lavender is known to help encourage a restful night’s sleep as well as peace of mind, relaxation and happiness.
Rose is usually burned in love, luck, grief, and healing rituals. It’s a powerful tonic for your heart chakra, helping to open you up to both giving and receiving unconditional love. It helps you attract the love you desire and make your own magic even more powerful.
Olive is used for protection from conflict/negativity, peace offering, protects the home and the family from negativity.
Cedar is often used to cleanse a home when first moving in, inviting unwanted spirits to leave and protecting a person, place or object from unwanted influences. The smoke of burning cedar is said to attract the good spirits and eliminate negative energies. Banishes fear and enhances psychic powers.
Cinnamon when burned raises high spiritual vibrations and aids healing. This grounding herb is great for clearing out negative energy and replacing it with a calm grounded energy.
Lemongrass is purifying and cleansing, it is also known to have an amazing energising scent as well, which is refreshing and encourages clarity and focus.
Frankincense is used for cleansing, healing and it is said to be an antidepressant. Burning frankincense provides protection and purification and is said to help increase your spiritual awareness and relieve stress. Frankincense was also once worth more than its weight in gold.
Smudging Party
When you want to get together with friends, relax and set your intentions. For yourselves and your space. I will come to your home and share the secrets of smudging with you. We’ll relax, talk about your space, how you want it to feel, so we can clear and focus the balance of your home.
I can come and fully smudge your home, work space, or even to smudge your energy on the spot.
We will spend two hours together; I’ll take you through smudging as a ritual, the amazing properties of healing herbs, and show you what this beautiful island has to offer, in flowers, plants and herbs along with other smudging essentials. I want you to take the time to think about your intentions, and write them down. (When doing a full house smudge, I would encourage you to write these down for every room in the house.) Next, you chose your wand and I show you how it works, I want everyone to be able to experience the magic before we head to your room of choice, I will smudge one room completely. Once your space is cleansed I will cleanse the individual energy of each party member. Next relax. Just let yourselves, and your space, be light.
